Superb service. Very friendly and professional. Couldn't of been any better in fact. We had a damaged car trailer with a damaged race car on it. He made no bother of it. Just came along swept us up and got it safely back to my home in Pontypridd South wales. Derrick was the drivers name top bloke.

Fantastic service. Ben helped my wife and I out of a really difficult situation when we damaged a front wheel and tyre on our way back from hospital. He could not have been more friendly, patient and helpful. He took great care getting us and our car back home on a cold, dark night. Thank you so much Rivermead and Ben in particular.

After my car decided to spew all its oil onto the road this morning on my way to work I was left with no choice but to call for recovery, luckily I get it free with my bank account and it was Rivermead who attended, the driver arrived when he said he would and the recovery was done in next to no time, sadly as it was still early and I couldn't contact anywhere for repairs I had no other choice but to just get the car home, once home I was able to make some calls and booked the car in to a local garage, the only problem was its undriveable, luckily the free recovery covered this and again it was Rivermead who came to help, this time a different driver, both drivers were excellent and had a good laugh along the way making a bad situation not quite so painful, sadly my free recovery wont cover the cost of repairs so thats down to me...ah well cant have it all i guess!!
